Proshop:

We have been told many times that there is no other place like us in the world! Literally located in the dead center of Illinois, we have a Proshop that sells the absolute BEST waterski and wakeboard equipment available! Not only can you find the best equipment here, but you can get advice from people that love the sport just as much as you do, and will take the time to set you up with the ski or wakeboard that is right for you. The biggest advantage to having our own private lake on site is for you to try the equipment before you buy it! There is really no better way of shopping for your equipment.

Coach:

Starting in April and running straight through the month of October The Liquid Edge instructs an average of 50 lessons a week. Between Doug's slalom skiing instruction, and Dusty's two cents in wakeboarding, the calendar manages to stay pretty full! Doug had competed in Slalom Skiing tournaments for 10 years prior to starting The Liquid Edge in 2006. He has spent time coaching along side skiers such as Wade Cox, Andy Mapple, and Chris Parrish. His knowledge and experiance in the industry has earned him a quest coaching position at Ski Paradise in Aculpuca, Mexico twice a year. Dusty grew up skiing with the Rockford Ski Broncs Waterski Show Team in Rockford, IL where he was trained to base pyrmids, jump, and barefoot. Following his time with the Ski Broncs he attended the University of Wisconsin Stout where he was introduced to Three Event Tournament Skiing. Since graduation Wakeboarding has become his passion! He now passes the knowledge that he has gained along to his students, taking them from getting up on a wakeboard all the way to their first inverts.

Mastercraft Boat Dealership:

Two years after starting a Water Ski School on his private lake in Central Illinois, Doug decided to turn his passion for Mastercraft boats into his life. Begining in 2007 The Liquid Edge became one of two Mastercraft Boat Dealerships in Illinois!
